The contest celebrates National Children's Dental Health Month in February. Entry deadline is Jan. 25.
First prize for the winner and a parent or guardian is a trip to Buena Park, Calif., to visit the Dr. Fresh headquarters and a day spent at the nearby Disneyland Resort. The winner will also receive a $500 U.S. Savings Bond.
Two runners up will receive $250 bonds.
