CLASSES AND LECTURES n Learn about diabetes: New Milford Hospital and New Milford Senior Center will offer a free basic overview of diabetes Wednesdays in March, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. It will cover basic physiology of diabetes, nutrition, medications, exercise and long term complications. To register, call (860) 355-6075. n Strength and Spirit workshops: Beginning March 8 and runs March 22, April 19 and 26, from 10 to 11:15 a.m. at the Jewish Community Center in Sherman.
