1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon sour cream Salt to taste Salsa, preferably Mrs. Renfros

1. Peel, pit and mash avocados with a fork.

2. Add sour cream, lemon juice, salsa and salt to taste.

3. Serve with tortilla chips

4. Serves four to six.
