Goodwill cashier faces larceny charge

Ain White, 19, of Bridgeport, surrendered at police headquarters last Thursday on a warrant for sixth-degree larceny.
As a cashier at the Goodwill Store on Post Road, White is charged with giving merchandise to customers for free and discounts to customers without authorization, worth a total of $192, police said.
She was released on $2,500 bond, and is scheduled to appear Aug. 25 in Norwalk Superior Court.
