The Westport-Weston Chamber of Commerce will host Anne M. Mulcahy, Xerox Corp.'s first female CEO, as the speaker for its first Working Women's Luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 24. It will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. at The Westport Inn, 1595 Post Road East. Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Mulcahy, having spent most of her career at Xerox, began in a sales position in 1976 and held senior management positions in human resources and customer operations, according to a release. Prior to being named CEO in 2001, she was the company's president and chief operating officer. She retired from the CEO post in 2009 and retained the position of chairman of the board through 2010.

Mulcahy, of Westport, is also chairwoman of Save the Children's board of trustees and sits on the boards of Johnson & Johnson, Target Corp. and The Washington Post Company, the release states.

The member registration fee for the luncheon is $50. For future members the registration fee is $60.
