Anthony Bolling, 50, of Trumbull, was charged on a warrant Tuesday after he was seen driving without a front marker plate on his car, police said.
Police said they discovered a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear in court on Westport motor vehicle charges, as well as for failing to appear in court on motor vehicle charges filed by the Stratford Police Department.
He was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was released on $250 bond for the Westport charges and $1,500 bond for the Stratford charges, and is scheduled to appear Oct. 14 in Norwalk Superior Court.
