Jeremiah Lamm, 25, of Westport Avenue, Norwalk, was charged with driving under the influence after police spotted him around 1:15 a.m. Saturday on Riverside Avenue without his car's rear tail lights illuminated.

After he was stopped, police said noticed a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and he failed field sobriety tests. His breath test results were 0.066 and 0.060.

He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to maintain insurance and failure to have tail lamps. Lamm posted a $300 bond and is scheduled to appear Aug. 10 in Norwalk Superior Court.
