Anthony Urbano, 58, of Orange, was charged on a warrant Friday after an officer saw him fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Cross Highway and Bayberry Lane, police said
Police said they then discovered a warrant for Urbano's arrest in connection with a January incident, during which he reportedly violated a protective order.
Urbano was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and first-degree stalking. He was released on $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear March 6 in Norwalk Superior Court.
