NEW MILFORD ___ A Danbury woman was charged with driving while under the influence last week after she was spotted driving erratically on Still River Road, police said.

Rosemarie Patton, 51, of West Wooster Street, was charged after police detected an odor of alcohol on her breath and she failed field sobriety tests. She was additionally charged with failure to drive to the right and disobeying an officer's signal.
