The suspension by the DMV came Tuesday after Superior Court Judge Raymond Norko ordered that Tracy Watson refrain from driving should she post her $200,000 bail on the latest charges against her.

Watson, 41, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with driving under the influence and also with violation of her probation involving a domestic dispute last summer.

In 2004, Watson was sentenced to 18 months in prison, one year of house arrest and community service after the Sept. 6, 2003 fatal accident in Manchester that killed Simos "Seymour" Ballos of Vernon.

Watson a former registered nurse, pleaded no contest to negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, evading responsibility and failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian.

Police said Ballos, 39, had just finished his delivery route and had almost crossed a street when he was struck from behind.
