Police dispatched to investigate a trespassing complaint Monday arrested two men on drug charges.
Mitchell Gurevich, 25, of Charcoal Hill Road and Christopher Pralle, 25, of Beachside Commons, were both charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal trespass.
Police responded to a trespassing complaint on Post Office Lane where the property owner had blocked the men's vehicle, according to the report.
While officers were speaking with the complainant, Gurevich walked to his vehicle and began concealing items behind the passenger seat, police said.
The vehicle was searched and a syringe with what appeared to be heroin was found, according to the report.
Nine bags of heroin were also located along with drug paraphernalia, police said.
Neither man would admit ownership of the drugs and paraphernalia, police said, and since they had been together in the vehicle, both were arrested on the same drug charges, according to police.
The also were charged with trespassing.
Bond for each man was set at $2,500 and they are scheduled to appear Sept. 19 in Norwalk Superior Court.
