Barry Seroff, 33, of Easton, faces several charges, including disorderly conduct, after what Westport police said was a dispute with his wife Saturday.
Seroff was driving with his wife and child through Westport, when he pulled over and told her and the child to get out of the vehicle, police said. The woman got out of the vehicle with the child and then contacted police, according to the report. A protective order is file against Seroff by his wife, police said.
Seroff was later arrested at his home in Easton, police said.
He was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a child and criminal violation of a protective order.
He was released on $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear Monday in Norwalk Superior Court.
