A man from Port Chester, N.Y., faces charges stemming from an incident last Friday at a Railroad Place restaurant.

Zachary Gunther, 30, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Police responded to the restaurant -- not identified by police -- just before 11 p.m. Friday to investigate the report of a disturbance.

Officers weer told that Gunther physically attacked restaurant employees after he was refused service at the establishment, according to a police report.

Officers reported that Gunther "was uncooperative and struggled with them when they tried to take him into custody," the report states.

Gunther posted a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear March 13 at Superior Court in Norwalk.
