Christian Justis, 55, of Stamford, was charged Sunday when police were dispatched to investigate a report of indecent exposure in the parking lot of Crate and Barrel at 1200 Post Road East.

While interviewing Justis, he became belligerent and yelled at officers, police said. Then, when he was placed under arrest, he resisted and became combative and would not comply with officers, according to the report.

Justis was charged only with interfering with an officer and breach of peace. He was later transported to Norwalk Hospital for evaluation, according to police.
