A Fairfield man is facing drug charges following a motor vehicle stop last Friday.
Donald Vinci, 30, of Katona Drive in Fairfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
After Vinci was stopped by police, two hypodermic needles were found in his vehicle, according to a police report.
Koda, the Westport police K-9, was brought to the car and was able to locate 10 folds of heroin in the vehicle, the report said.
Vinci’s bond was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear June 22 in Norwalk Superior Court.
