Save Our Strays is looking for permanent homes for two cats.

Josie, a Siamese mix -- white with some brown markings -- can be very sweet and affectionate and loves having her head scratched, according to information from the nonprofit, Westport animal welfare organization. Josie would do best in a permanent home without small children.

Draco is a funny cat who is friendly and affectionate, but can get a little over-stimulated, according to Save Our Strays. He loves being around other cats and loves playing.

Both cats are house trained, spayed and neutered with current vaccinations and can be adopted separately.

Save Our Strays, 1677 Post Road East, requires a prospective adopter to complete an application, interview with an adoption coordinator, and pay a $25 non-refundable deposit. The fees are $250 for dogs; $100 for adult cats, and $125 for kittens up to five months. All animals are current on age-appropriate immunizations and spayed or neutered before placement, unless their age or health requires it be done at a later time.

For more information, visit www.SaveOurStraysInc.petfinder.com or call 203-255-0514.
