NEW BRITAIN - Marcy Calovich scored with 2:26 left in regulation to lift the Brookfield High girls lacrosse team to a 13-12 victory over Brien McMahon in the Class II state championship game Tuesday night at Central Connecticut State University. Ashley Prizio scored six goals to lead the Bobcats.

It is the first state lacrosse title for the Bobcats.
