Lee, who was involved in the play's creation and choreographed its 2006 Broadway revival, talked to the cast about the importance of loving what one does.
She also told several stories about her experiences working with Michael Bennett, the 1975 musical's creator, and the original cast in the Broadway musical.
Following her talk, she warmed up with the cast and reviewed the original choreography performed in the Staples production.
Performances of "A Chorus Line" will take place in the Staples High School auditorium, 70 North Ave., at 7:30 p.m. Fridays, March 15 and 22, and Saturdays, March 16 and 23; 3 p.m. March 17; and 7 p.m. March 21.
