Asparagus "Pesto"

1. Fill a skillet about 1 inch high with water and bring to a boil. Add the asparagus and cook until bright green and crisp tender, about 4 to 6 minutes.

2. Combine pine nuts, garlic and salt in the food processor and mince finely.

3. Add the asparagus, lemon juice and olive oil and mince finely.

4. Add Parmesan and run machine just to combine.

5. Makes 6 servings.
