Antoinette Cacavelle Renzulli

Antoinette Cacavelle Renzulli, 99, wife of the late Michael A. Renzulli Sr., died April 7.
Born Aug. 31, 1911, in Westport, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Angela Marie (Giordano) Cacavelle and was a lifelong resident of Westport. She was a former member of the St. Anthony's Society, and before retiring, had worked for the town of Westport as a cook at Bedford Elementary School.
She was a member of St. Luke Church in Westport for the last five years and previously was a longtime member of Assumption Church in Westport. She enjoyed traveling, visiting with family, playing poker with her sisters and cousin, and cooking and baking.
Survivors include a daughter, Laura Renzulli Bryk and her husband Stanley of Westport; a son, Michael A. Renzulli Jr. and his wife Carol of Wilton; a sister, Carrie Bennette and her husband Salvatore of Westport; five grandchildren, Linda Norton, Susan Tierney, Shelley Hoskins, Brenda Renzulli and Lisa Siefert; 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by four sisters, Mary Moccia, Rose DeMeo, Michelina Aulenti and Betty Bloom.
Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 16, at the Harding Funeral Home, 210 Post Road East, and at 10 a.m. in St. Luke Church, 49 Turkey Hill Road North, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, Kings Highway North. Calling hours will be Friday, April 15, from 5 to 8 p.m., in the funeral home.
