Cheery yellow daffodils placed around the Westport Library's McManus Room got visitors in the mood for the March Book Sale on Saturday.

More than 7,000 books and records were available at the four-day event, which runs through Tuesday.

Fiction, mystery, cookbooks, gardening, travel, children's, biographies and science fiction/fantasy titles were all available among the titles, in both hardcover and paperback.

The remaining schedule is Sunday, 1-5 p.m.; Monday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m., and Tuesday, 9 a.m.-noon (books are half-price on Monday and free on Tuesday).
