By 9 p.m. Wednesday, virtually all of the power outages -- at one point, nearly 1,000 -- sparked in Westport earlier in the day by the wet and windy conditions were repaired.
Only two local customers still did not have their power restored out of the 12,337 local total, according to Connecticut Light & Power Co.
