Comedian Jerry Seinfeld plus three shows for multiple musical tastes — Elvis Costello; Donny and Marie Osmond; and Brian Wilson and Jeff Beck — were announced Monday for Capital Region venues.

Seinfeld will make his habitual stop in Albany, performing at the Palace Theatre at 7 p.m. Oct. 5, the venue announced.

Seinfeld has made the Palace one of his regular haunts, bringing his stand-up act to the theater roughly every two years.

Tickets are $78, $63 and $48. Palace members can purchase them by phone at 465-4663 beginning 10 a.m. Tuesday. Memberships start at $95.

Starting 10 a.m. Friday, the general public can purchase tickets by phone at 800-745-3000, online at www.ticketmaster.com or at the box office (19 Clinton Ave., Albany) and Ticketmaster outlets.

Legendary rock stars Wilson and Beck will co-headline a tour that stops at the Palace Theatre at 8 p.m. Oct. 8. Wilson, a co-founder of the Beach Boys, and Yardbirds member Beck will be joined by former Beach Boys Al Jardine and David Marks.

Tickets — $45, $55, $75 and $115 — go on sale at noon Friday at the Palace box office (19 Clinton Ave.), Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone at 800-745-3000, all Ticketmaster outlets, local Wal-Mart Ticketmaster Centers or ticketmaster.com.

Costello, a quirky progenitor of new wave British pub rock, will perform at Troy Savings Bank Music Hall at 8 p.m. Nov. 6 as part of his first major solo outing on the East Coast in 10 years.

Tickets are available to Music Hall members only by calling 273-0038 or visiting the box office at 30 Second St., Troy, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays. Membership costs $50. Single tickets go on sale to the public on Friday in person, by phone or at www.troymusichall.org.

Sibling pop crooners Donny and Marie Osmond will bring their Christmas tour to the Times Union Center at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 15.

Donny, 55, performed in the 1960s with his four brothers in The Osmonds before going solo in the '70s. Marie, 53, hit the charts at age 12 with "Paper Roses" and soloed as a country singer in the '70s, later teaming up with Donny. Since 2008, they've performed at the Flamingo in Las Vegas.

Tickets go on sale Aug. 16, and can be purchased online at timesunion.com, by phone at 800-745-3000, or at the box office (51 S. Pearl St., Albany) and various Wal-Marts.
