"Property Envy," a new real estate series on Bravo cable network, will feature 3688 Willowick, a 3.7-acre estate in River Oaks listed for sale with Pene Moore of Martha Turner Properties.

Producers and photographers arrived in Houston recently and spent a day filming the more than 16,000-square-foot home designed by Curtis & Windham, Architects, with interiors created by Bunny Williams, ASID. An air-date for the series is anticipated this summer or fall.

World of Wonder, creator of "Million Dollar Listing" and "Million Dollar Listing: New York," is producing "Property Envy," which explores the world of luxury real estate, cutting-edge home technology and trendsetting decor.

Every week, a panel of architects, interior designers and Realtors review and discuss selected luxury properties from around the world. Panelists for the segment featuring the Willowick estate include Mary McDonald of "Million Dollar Decorators" and Jeff Lewis of "Flipping Out."

"Some of the homes are one-of-a-kind architectural landmarks, while others are homey classics - but each represents a complete expression of one person's 'dream' property," said David Keeps, a spokesman for World of Wonder. "Each home will be given the star treatment in a filmed package designed to dazzle viewers."

"It was very special for this estate to be selected out of all of the fabulous homes in Houston," Moore said. "The shoot itself was very professional and quite organized with state-of-the-art equipment. My sellers were thrilled to have this opportunity."
