Bamp's Apple Crisp

7 Granny Smith apples, pared and sliced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

� cup sugar (mixed, brown and white)

� teaspoon cinnamon

� cup sifted flour

� teaspoon salt

� cup margarine

Fill a shallow baking dish with the sliced apples. Sprinkle with lemon juice and � cup of sugar mixture. Mix cinnamon, flour and salt with the remaining sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is granular. Spread over apples. Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool.
