Westport Rotary to host infectious disease specialist

Dr. Stephen G. Baum, an infectious disease specialist, will talk about diseases that are transmittable from animals to humans at the Westport Rotary Club at noon April 19, at Bertucci's Brick Oven Restaurant, 833 Post Road E.
Baum is a professor of medicine, microbiology and immunology and senior associate dean for students at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. From 1987 to 2007, he was chairman of the Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City.
Guests are welcome at Rotary meetings. There is a fee of $20 per person for lunch.
